Review by Paddylast inc. – Blame The Fireworks :)

Hello Everyone ♪♫

Today I want to share a wonderful review of my

novella Blame the Fireworks with you 🙂

Blame The Fireworks Cover

Review by Paddylast inc.  (Visit them here: http://paddylastinc.com )

I was already expecting this story to be all mushy and stuff based on the given prompt and I wasn’t wrong. Harlie and Tabby are just all kinds of adorable!

Harlie’s totally into his roommate’s brother Tabby. The latter is gorgeous, graceful and kind while he’s alright in the looks department, a total klutz and totally not like Tabby. But that’s not how Tabby sees him.

When Tabby unexpectedly dragged Harlie for a little summer road trip, both discovered something they shared in common and harboring for the longest time…

This quick read is all kinds of bright stars, unicorns and butterflies that I’m positive that it will make you giddy pre and post-reading it. I know I did because I’m a sucker for – well unicorns and butterflies (?) hahaha. Nah – just one solid word to describe it though all – TOOFUCKINGCUTE. Oops!

I wished the ending was longer and not rushed but I’ve a feeling that there’s more to these two waiting for us.

I wouldn’t mind getting it sooner 😉

Release – Blame The Fireworks – Novella

Hello Everyone ♪♫

My third novella Blame the Fireworks is finally out ! 🙂

And I’m beyond thrilled to share it with you!

Blame The Fireworks Cover

If you’d like to join Harlie and Tabby on a short road trip and find out how two young men find their way to each other you’re welcome to read Blame The Fireworks  online or download the free e-versions here 🙂

Meet Harlie. He thinks he’s too damn awkward to live, maybe a little too shy and, very much to his frustration, simply ‘all knees and elbows’. A walking disaster zone. Tripping up stairs or running into glass doors, that kinda thing. And he’s got the biggest crush on his roommate’s older brother, Tabby, who seems to be completely out of his league. Not only is Tabby beautiful, he’s also elegant and confident, kindhearted and sort of just ‘perfect’.

Tabby knows what he wants out of life, always had, and much to his parents disappointment, he continues pursuing the things that make him happy instead of pleasing them. He lives by mottos such as:

‘Choose kindness and laugh often’, and ‘Do small things with great love’.

When a tragedy strikes, Tabby realizes that life is more fragile than he ever wanted to admit. While he knows what he wants, Tabby isn’t fearless. The thought of losing his friendship with Harlie terrifies him, but imagining all the wonderful things he’s missing out on, if he keeps chickening out, is even more painful.

Perhaps he could talk Harlie into a spontaneous road trip… See if he can overcome his fears?

And if fate is kind enough, he might get a chance at something very, very special.

I had an amazing time with Harlie and Tabby, and since I didn’t get the chance to explore Tabby’s life much, I would really enjoy doing just that in a sequel. Perhaps with a bit more drama this time. I think, there’s still a lot left to discover for Harlie and Tab 🙂
I particularly avoided big misunderstandings and drama, because ‘Blame The Fireworks’
is supposed to be a sweet, romantic ℒℴѵℯ story for Jessa!
Simply something to make her smile 🙂

Working on: Blame The Fireworks

Hello everyone!

Life over the past few weeks has been treating me great—I’ve put a lot of hours into my upcoming novella Blame The Fireworks; written for this year’s Don’t Read In The Closet Event: Love is an Open Road over at the M/M Romance Group on Goodreads.

So, what exactly is Blame The Fireworks about?

Meet Harlie. He thinks he’s too damn awkward to live, maybe a little too shy and, very much to his frustration, simply ‘all knees and elbows’. A walking disaster zone. Tripping up stairs or running into glass doors, that kinda thing. And he’s got the biggest crush on his roommate’s older brother, Tabby, who seems to be completely out of his league. Perhaps he could talk Harlie into a spontaneous road trip… See if he can overcome his fears?

And if fate is kind enough, he might get a chance at something very, very special.

And that’s what got me started…

Dear Author,
He’d lost everything dear to him in one devastating moment. His family turned their backs on him; his friends no longer took his calls. It was the one moment that he was totally true to himself, the moment he told them that he was in love with another man.

With all of that loss you’d think the universe would be at least a little nice to him… no, the man he loved so dearly and risked everything for was on his couch with the twink from downstairs.

Is it bad that I had a hard time holding in my elation? I have wanted him from the moment I saw him. Could it finally be my time? Could he ever really want me?

Please give us our HEA.

I LOVE to hear from you, so don’t hesitate to drop me a line!

Happy reading 🙂
